The consultant's main tasks are maintaining and upgrading the existing SharePoint platform as part of the server packaging team, and participate in SharePoint related projects as SharePoint administrator.
The consultant should also be able to provide advice on optimal configuration and migration, including:
- architectural choices for Sharepoint (versions 2010 and later)
- Developing automation scripts
- Migration/upgrading the platform to SP2016 or SharePoint Online (Office 365)
- Technical writing (security/architecture specifications)

This means the consultant must have:
• Strong technical knowledge of managing and maintaining a SharePoint platform on premises and in Office 365.
• Strong competences in upgrade or migration procedures.
• Solid understanding of SharePoint security and search
• Solid understanding of SharePoint optimization (ex. database management for SharePoint)
• Knowledge of SharePoint automation via powershell

• Web Application Security Planning and Configuration: at least 3 years
• Experience with powershell: at least 3 years
• Experience with SharePoint Online (Office 365)
• Experience with SharePoint 2010: at least 3 years
• Experience with SharePoint 2013
Following knowledge is required:
• Sharepoint development (.NET based solutions)
• Powershell
• SharePoint search
• SharePoint server administration ( IIS, Active Directory, DNS, Kerberos, NLB, Windows Services, audit management…)
• Sharepoint Platforms (Sharepoint foundation, 2010, 2013, 2016)
• Sharepoint deployment (Configuration, Upgrade, and Patching)
• SharePoint Online
• SharePoint performance tuning and database management
The following skills are considered a plus:
• AD RMS / Azure RMS / Azure information Protection
• Macroview
• OneDrive for Business
